It is possible to become faster on the pitch. You need to work out and follow these steps and exercises in the program for 8 weeks – then you will certainly become a faster football player.
Take time on a 100 m sprint before starting the program, and then again after 8 weeks to measure the difference.
All exercises can be done at home or in a fitness center.
The program can be downloaded after purchase on this page as a PDF file. It will be available in both english and danish. You can open the training program on your smartphone or get it on paper by using a printer.
